We are a small property management and rental company based in Kissimmee, Florida.  We are a company who will always aim to exceed yours and the guests expectations.  Our homes are very well maintained and we offer a range of services to people out there looking for a company to manage their investment.  Due to the personal service that we offer we only look after homes in windsor hills and Formosa Gardens, this enables us to respond quickly and efficiently to anything that needs our attention.  Most days between 10am and 4pm we will be onsite.

For a low monthly fee our management fees includes:

All post departure and pre arrival checks

Organizing all cleans on the property after the guests have departed

Organizing Interior pest control as well as lawn pest control if needed

Coordinating Pool cleans and lawn cutting. 

On call service for guests, maintenance and emergencies.

Online booking service for guests

Login for homeowners to check their accounts and add bookings

Another important service that we offer is to help generate bookings for our homeowners, we cannot guarantee a number of weeks or a certain income per month but what we can do is guarantee that your home will have maximum exposure so that we can help you get the best return on your investment possible.
